I downloaded this and opened it on browser...

…and it doesn’t work?! Most likely ‘cause you aren’t using Textpattern. These are Textpattern plugins you know. Also, if you are usign Textpattern, remember to check system requirements from FAQ and individual plugin document.

With out Textpattern these plugins won’t just work – they are plugins:
