To add, if above form is returned some sort of warnings, then you made a little tiny mistake that requires a little fix.
But it can be that server is unworking at the moment, and in these cases you can use phone or email, right? Or if you want to wait, then wait that the server is back to normal, most cases these short outs are caused by server boots and updates, rarely by attacks.
